Terms of service
These terms govern your use of PursuitOS (pursuit.beegool.com), a service operated by Alpharithmic LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
The service
PursuitOS helps you organize a job search: tracking roles and companies, preparing resumes from your own verified material, and drafting outreach. It is decision support. Fit scores are heuristics, not predictions of hiring outcomes. Compensation figures come from postings and may be incomplete. PursuitOS does not submit applications, accept offers or send messages on its own: every outward action happens only when you approve it.
Your account
- Give a real email address you control, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.
Your content and conduct
- You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
- Only upload resumes, contacts and other material you have the right to use, and check AI-assisted or template text before you send or submit it. You are responsible for what you send and submit.
- Do not use PursuitOS to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to impersonate anyone, or to break the terms of services you connect (such as Gmail or LinkedIn), employers' application rules, or the law.
- Do not try to access other people's accounts or data, probe or disrupt the service, or overload it with automated requests.
Connected services
Gmail, Sign in with Google, OpenAI and Adzuna are provided by those companies under their own terms. If you use your own API key, any charges from that provider are yours.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will try to give notice of significant changes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
No warranty
PursuitOS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of job, company or compensation information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Alpharithmic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, data or profits, arising from your use of PursuitOS. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free account is zero.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the effective date above and tell account holders about significant changes. Continuing to use PursuitOS after that means you accept the updated terms.
